Not Up For Debate

To white subscribers and followers who engage openly and honestly — even in disagreement — I’m grateful. You’ve shown you can hold a position without becoming a problem.
But let’s talk about the others.
Some white people come here not to engage, but to destabilize. They arrive threatened, entitled, and dismissive — performing reasonableness while working to challenge my right to speak on “whites only” issues because they have the privilege of authority. A favorite tactic: “What’s your solution?” As I wrote in my last essay, You Don’t Want Solutions — You Want Submission — the goal isn’t dialogue. It’s exhaustion. They want to wear me down, hijack the narrative, and push me off the platform.
What they don’t know is who they’re dealing with.
I was born and raised under Jim Crow. Much of my young adulthood was spent working, preparing, training, organizing, and forging myself into a weapon against white supremacy. On occasion, I have used these skills with pleasure. Pardon the language of Bernie Mac but:
A big thank you to Leslye Joy Allen, Historian. She has reminded me, on a number of occasions, some things are not up for debate.
That’s why I’m escalating — sharpening the focus and changing the name of this newsletter
The facts, history, testimony, patterns, analysis, quotes, and solutions aren’t going anywhere. They will never be framed as anomalies or conceded as exceptions. In this time of information war, communication stays short, direct, and pointed. I’ll also be in Substack Notes more.
One last thing: some white readers will say I’m being too harsh — that I’m threatening their freedoms. The idea that plantation politics are refused apparently reads as extreme. To those people: your privilege has insulated you from the empathy and experience required to understand what you’re reading. Don’t come at me like I owe you deference.
This is not up for debate.

Keep with the righteous rage James. Nothing changes if THE people don't change their effing minds. Being ignorant is not an excuse anymore.
As a "born in SW Virginia native", growing up in the fifties and sixties, attending segregated schools and movies, the devotion to "The Lost Cause" and to White Supremacy was important.
Understanding the CRT that terrorizes White Supremacists has been a long traveled road with many potholes and fallen trees.
My own appreciation of the Patriarchal Religious Nationalist Theocrats who have racist ideologies all over the world motivates my devotion to the aspirations of democratic representation here and around the world.
Our historic abuses of our fellow people based on race, religion, or national origin is still being fought against in 2026.
